Mallory M. Stone is an associate in the Hartford, Connecticut, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling. She regularly defends employers in litigation involving claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation brought under Title VII, The Americans with Disabilities Act, The Age Discrimination in Employment Act, The Connecticut Fair Employment Practice Act, and/or other state and federal law. Mallory frequently represents employers in various forums, ranging from administrative agencies to state and federal courts. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, she worked as an associate for a personal injury defense law firm based in Cheshire, Connecticut.

While in law school, Mallory served as an executive editor for the Connecticut Insurance Journal, and as a teaching assistant for the law school’s first-year legal counseling and advocacy course and the law school’s trial advocacy course for second- and third-year students. During this time, Mallory earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Advanced Legal Research and Legal Practice: Interviewing, Counseling and Advocacy.
