Mallory H. Gantt is an associate in the Greenville, South Carolina, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Mallory is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group, the Disability, Leave and Health Management group, and the Labor Relations group. Mallory’s practice consists of litigating cases on behalf of businesses, including claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation brought under Title VII, and the ADA. Mallory also provides counseling on employment verification issues, including E-Verify and I-9 compliance as well as handling NLRB complaints. In addition to her litigation practice, Mallory also provides proactive counseling to companies on best practices for compliance with labor and employment laws, including compliance with disability and/or leave laws.

While in law school, Mallory served as the chair of the Moot Court Board, the vice president of the Student Bar Association, and the American Bar Association student representative.  She also clerked for the Honorable Judge David W. Lannetti in the Norfolk Circuit Court and the Honorable Judge Tanya Bullock in the Virginia Beach Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court.
