Linn E. Gillen

Linn E. Gillen is an associate in the Albuquerque, New Mexico, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Linn worked for California and New Mexico civil litigation firms gaining valuable courtroom and trial experience. She has experience handling litigation matters from intake through trial and appeal. She has a deep appreciation for civil procedure professionally and as a hobby, while in law school being awarded the CALI in California Civil Procedure. Linn enjoys contemplating evidence and civil procedure issues as applied to employment litigation to provide cost effective litigation solutions for clients.
