Libbi L. Vilher is an associate in the Long Island, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on cases related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims in both state and federal courts. She also represents clients before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights, and the New York City Commission on Human Rights. Additionally, Libbi offers employers counseling and preventative advice in the realm of employment law.

Libbi began her career as an Assistant District Attorney. Then, she handled hundreds of criminal prosecutions, including murder, assault, weapon and drug possession, drunk driving, and cases involving special victims. Before joining Jackson Lewis, Libbi was an associate at another national labor and employment law firm.

While in law school, Libbi was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and served as an editor for the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law. Libbi has lived in three countries and speaks four languages. Her experience enables her to bring a diverse and comprehensive perspective to her work. She leverages this extensive background to proactively and efficiently counsel clients and defend employers in employment matters before courts and administrative agencies.
