Kristin A. Webb

Kristin A. Webb is an associate in the Orange County office and regularly advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters.  Kristin works with clients on matters including litigation under state and federal anti-discrimination statutes in a variety of forums, including state and federal courts, private arbitration, the Department of Labor, the California Civil Rights Department, and the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission.

In addition to providing litigation support, Kristin counsels employers on issues arising at all stages of employment relationships. Her dedication to her clients is evident in her meticulous preparation and strategic approach to each case.
