Kelly C. Kenney

Kelly C. Kenney is an associate in the Orange County office. Kelly represents employers in all aspects of employment litigation, in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and administrative hearings. She advises clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including without limitation the Americans with Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, California Family Rights Act, Fair Employment and Housing Act and the California Labor Code. Kelly also advises clients on day-to-day employment issues including employer policies and procedures, employee classification, discipline, and termination processes.

Kelly strives to provide efficient and effective representation for her clients by listening to their goals and partnering with them to successfully navigate the employment litigation landscape. By working closely with clients and maintaining open communication from the outset of cases, she is able to achieve the best possible outcomes. Kelly has successfully secured optimal pre-litigation mediation outcomes in not only single Plaintiff FEHA and wage and hour cases, but also threatened PAGA cases.

In her spare time, Kelly enjoys hiking and running on trails in Orange County and spending time with her spouse and sons at local parks and beaches.
