Kayla L. Lucia

Kayla Lucia is an associate in the New York City, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including class actions, representative actions under the California Private Attorneys General Act, and discrimination, harassment, and retaliation actions. 

Kayla has represented employers from a variety of different industries, including construction, technology, retail, restaurant, manufacturing, and healthcare. She works closely with her clients to provide solutions that meet their individualized goals.

Before joining Jackson Lewis, Kayla was a staff attorney at the Legal Services of Northern California, where she represented indigent clients in a wide range of litigation and administrative matters.
