Karina Rodríguez is an associate in the San Juan, Puerto Rico, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

She has successfully represented clients securing favorable outcomes at trials and appeals, as well as administrative agencies, such as the EEOC and the Department of Labor. She also provides preventive counseling to employers on topics such as internal corporate investigations on discrimination, company reorganizations, harassment and related forms of employee misbehavior, leaves and accommodations. Karina assists in drafting employment documents such as handbooks, policies, and mandatory protocols. She also provides seminars to employers on a variety of employment law matters to mitigate employment risks.

While attending law school, Karina worked as law clerk to the Hon. Erick Kolthoff Caraballo at the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico, where she collaborated in various practice areas. She also participated in the XXIV Competencia de Debate Don Miguel Velázquez Rivera, obtaining first place.
