Karen T. Dunlevey is a principal in the Dayton and Cincinnati, Ohio, offices of Jackson Lewis P.C. She focuses her practice on employment litigation.
Karen has successfully defended her clients in a wide variety of employment litigation matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, contract disputes, intentional torts, wage and hour disputes and enforcement of non-compete agreements. Karen additionally advises her clients on litigation avoidance through the development and implementation of effective employment policies, procedures and contracts. She has been certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a Specialist in Labor and Employment Law since 2002.
