Justin A. Shiroff

Justin A. Shiroff is an associate in the Las Vegas, Nevada, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. and represents management in employment litigation. Justin advises clients on various aspects of the employer-employee relationship.

Justin has experience handling discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and employment contract claims in state and federal courts. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Justin represented and counseled clients at a national insurance defense firm, focusing on the defense of hospitals and other healthcare providers against claims of professional negligence.

While attending law school, Justin served as the Nevada Law Editor for the William S. Boyd School of Law’s Nevada Law Journal.
