Jing Tong
Jing Tong is an associate in the Los Angeles, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on defending employers in employment litigation, including individual discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination cases under the Fair Employment and Housing Act, wage and hour class actions, and representative actions under the Private Attorneys General Act. Jing also has experience representing employers before the EEOC, DFEH, and the Labor Commissioner.
Prior to working at Jackson Lewis, Jing was an associate at an employment law firm and worked closely with an international transportation company in handling its state and federal court cases and administrative matters before the EEOC and the California Civil Rights Department.
