Jina Lee is of counsel in the Orange County, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice is focused on employment litigation and preventive counseling.
Jina has defended numerous clients in matters involving wage and hour class actions, wrongful termination, non-compete and contract disputes.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Jina worked on large scale, complex litigation for principal disputes and derivative lawsuits. She also routinely advised employers on matters relating to hiring, termination and benefits, as well as review of employee handbooks.
Jina was the recipient of several academic honors including the Russell D. Jura Scholarship for Academic Excellence, Witkin Award of Constitutional Law I, and the Witkin Award for Business Associations.
