Jesse K. Daley
Jesse K. Daley is an associate in the Cincinnati, Ohio, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Jesse was an assistant prosecuting attorney in the Civil Division of the Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office. In the Civil Division, Jesse represented Hamilton County in its role as an employer and handled a broad range of employment matters on behalf of County Agencies.
During law school, Jesse served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Walter H. Rice of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. As a member of the University of Dayton Moot Court Team, she received a national award for brief writing and was awarded Best Oralist of the Annual Walter H. Rice Moot Court Competition.
Prior to attending law school, Jesse was a collegiate athlete. Her competitiveness and tenacity ultimately leading her to a career in litigation, a competitiveness she accredits to growing up as the middle child between two sets of twins.
