Jennifer Ellerkamp

Jenny Ellerkamp is the Knowledge Management (“KM”) Attorney for Jackson Lewis P.C.’s National Compliance and Multi-State Solutions practice group, based in the firm’s Denver, Colorado, office. In her role, Jenny monitors legal developments and legislation to assist the firm in staying current with changes for clients. She leverages her extensive experience advising clients in all areas of employment law to provide the firm and its clients with vital resources necessary to navigate current and developing laws.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Jenny defended private employers, as well as various state and federal agencies, in employment disputes. Her experience includes defending wage-and-hour disputes, unemployment insurance claims and appeals, charges of discrimination, as well as all stages of litigation from pre-litigation discovery through preparation for trial.
