Jennifer Ellerkamp

Jennifer Ellerkamp is the Knowledge Management (“KM”) Attorney for Jackson Lewis P.C.’s Advice and Counsel practice group, and is based in the firm’s Denver, Colorado, office. She uses her experience advising clients in all areas of employment law to provide the firm and its clients with vital resources necessary to navigate current and developing laws.  

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Jennifer defended private employers, as well as various state and federal agencies, in employment disputes. Her experience includes defending wage-and-hour disputes, unemployment insurance claims and appeals, charges of discrimination, as well as all stages of litigation from pre-litigation discovery through preparation for trial.
