Isabella L. Shin
Isabella L. Shin is an associate in the Silicon Valley, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including wage and hour disputes, employment discrimination, and wrongful termination claims in both individual and collective actions.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Isabella was an associate at a prominent law firm in San Jose practicing labor and employment law and regulatory compliance. She also has extensive experience in workers’ compensation and public safety law. Additionally, Isabella gained trial experience at the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office where she represented the State in misdemeanor cases and in juvenile felony matters.
While attending law school, Isabella was technical editor of the Santa Clara Law Review; served as a congressional intern to Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren; and served as a research fellow at the Panetta Institute for Public Policy. She was also awarded: the Lydia A and George V. Pinto Scholarship, the Emery Law Scholarship, the Thurgood Marshall Civil Rights Scholarship, the APABA-SV Achievement Scholarship, the Santa Clara Law Alumni Board Scholarship, and the 2013 KABANC Bar Study Scholarship.
