Heather Kemp

Heather Kemp is an associate in the Washington D.C. Region, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling. Heather believes in building strong, collaborative relationships to better understand and address clients’ specific needs and challenges, striving to be an extension of their teams.

Heather developed a keen interest in employment litigation working with the General Counsel for an international health and wellness company prior to entering law school. She leveraged that interest and gained valuable experience during law school as a Legal Intern at the National Labor Relations Board in Washington, DC in the Office of Representation Appeals.
