Gaurav Bobby Kalra (Bobby) is of counsel in the Sacramento, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Bobby represents clients in labor and employment litigation matters.
Bobby has represented clients in cases involving claims for wage and hour violations, discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, fraud, business interference, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition and business practices, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty. Bobby has extensive experience, including trials, involving the intersection of employee mobility and the protection of intangible assets.

- Lead trial counsel on dozens of fully-litigated arbitrations. As an example, Bobby obtained a complete defense decision for an employer (Orange County, California). Bobby handled post-trial attempts to set aside the judgement in the Superior Court and eventually affirmed the arbitration award in the Fourth Appellate District, Division Three.
