Gaurav B. Kalra
Gaurav Bobby Kalra (Bobby) is of counsel in the Sacramento, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Bobby represents clients in labor and employment litigation matters, including individual and class action defense.
Before joining the firm, Bobby worked at two national law firms and led a boutique employment litigation practice. Bobby has represented clients in cases involving claims for wage and hour violations, discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, fraud, business interference, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition and business practices, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty. Bobby has tried cases throughout the State of California, including bench and jury trials. With over twenty years of active litigation experience, Bobby has obtained fully litigated results for employers. Examples of trial defense include full defense for an employer as to a wrongful termination lawsuit after a bench trial (Sonoma County), full defense of a multi-plaintiff wage and hour lawsuit after a two-week bench trial (Santa Clara County), and defense of companion trials related to former employee claims related to unfair competition and trade secret claims (Placer County).
