Felicia K. Marsh
Felicia K. Marsh is an associate in the Washington, D.C. Region office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice is divided between litigation, advice & counseling, and investigations. Felicia has a robust background in employment litigation and has achieved significant milestones in her career.
Felicia is experienced in defending and conducting depositions, arguing motions in state court, and reviewing handbooks in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. Her expertise extends to drafting discovery, motions to dismiss, and position statements, as well as writing settlement agreements. Felicia was the lead associate on a successful summary judgment in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and contributed to a full defense verdict in a AAA Arbitration Hearing.
In addition to her litigation skills, Felicia is adept at mediating cases before state agencies and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She has conducted multiple interviews in complex internal investigations, drafted comprehensive investigation reports, and communicated investigation findings effectively to clients.
Before joining Jackson Lewis, Felicia interned for the Senior Judges Chamber in D.C. Superior Court, the Honorable Tanya S. Chutkan in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Employment Litigation Section of the Department of Justice. Felicia earned her J.D. with high honors from The George Washington University Law School where she was a member of the Order of the Coif.
