Elizabeth Nguyen

Elizabeth Nguyen is an associate in the Orange County office. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Ms. Nguyen was an associate at a boutique firm where she provided legal counsel to K-12 and higher education clients regarding personnel matters, labor relations, grievance handling, Title IX matters, and workplace investigations.

While in law school, Ms. Nguyen was an Honors Scholar at USC Gould School of Law's inaugural class of the honors program. She served as the Vice President of USC Gould's Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and organized the campus' law student mentor program. Ms. Nguyen also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Marc D. Gross at the Superior Court of Los Angeles and was a certified law clerk for the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office.
