Desirae F. Demore

Desirae F. Demore is an associate in the firm’s Kansas City, Missouri office and Overland Park, Kansas office. She focuses her practice on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventative advice and counseling.

Desirae’s interest in employment law was initially sparked by an undergraduate course on the subject. Now, as a practicing attorney, her passion for this area of the law continues to drive her dedication to helping employers effectively and efficiently manage workplace matters. Desirae utilizes a client-focused approach, working to build trust and confidence by consistently delivering on promises.

With experience handling cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, and employment contracts, Desirae has successfully navigated both state and federal courts, as well as various administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Kansas Human Rights Commission, and the Missouri Commission on Human Rights.
