Danielle M. Parks
Danielle Parks is an associate in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Danielle represented and counseled employers and insurance carriers on workers’ compensation matters at two regional law firms. She also represented employees in a variety of employment matters at a Pittsburgh-based law firm.
Danielle is an active member of the Allegheny County Bar Association. She currently serves as Chair-Elect of the Young Lawyers Division, Chair of the Bar Leadership Initiative, and a member of the Board of Governors. Danielle also serves as a pro bono attorney for the Allegheny County Name Change Project that assists members of the LGBTQIA+ community through the legal name change process.
