Daniel Overstreet is an Associate in the Orange County, California office. He counsels and defends employers in all aspects of California employment law, including single-plaintiff actions centered on harassment, retaliation, discrimination, wrongful termination, disability accommodations, trade secret misappropriation, and wage-and-hour violations, in addition to class actions.

Daniel also acquired significant experience working with insurance carriers, allowing him to understand the complex interplay of interests associated with simultaneously representing both insurers and insureds.

While in law school, Daniel served as the Chief Production Editor of his school’s flagship law review and graduated in the top 5% of the class. When not in the office, Daniel stays up to date on the latest developments in employment law to provide clients with cutting-edge advice and representation.
