Corrine Shea
Corrine Shea is an associate in the New York City, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She partners closely with national and local clients alike to provide strategic advice on challenging workplace law issues, helping her clients achieve their business objectives while ensuring legal compliance. She represents clients across many industries, including healthcare, hospitality, technology, and financial services.
Corrine proactively guides clients on developing legal issues and trends, best employment policies and practices, compliance, trainings, and internal investigations, always focused first on prevention to preclude any dispute.
When litigation is unavoidable, Corrine ardently defends her clients in workplace disputes before federal and state courts, in arbitration, and before administrative agencies. Her active litigation practice focuses on discrimination, retaliation, and labor law claims, as well as enforcing terms of employment agreements. Whether advising on day-to-day issues or defending in litigation at all stages, Corrine prides herself on her responsiveness and tailored approach to accomplishing each client’s goals.
While attending law school, Corrine served as the managing editor for the Cardozo School of Law’s Journal of Equal Rights and Social Justice. Corrine received her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and remains an avid Dawg fan.
