Chloe C. Carpentier
Chloe Carpentier is an Associate in the Cincinnati office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Chloe’s long-standing interest in workplace law, driven by her appreciation of employees in the workplace, has created an unwavering commitment to providing exceptional legal support and advocacy for the employers she represents.
As someone who worked in the hospitality industry throughout college, Chloe gets work. She appreciates the delicate balance managing a workforce entails and is dedicated to guiding employers toward legally sound solutions that serve to stabilize the employer-employee relationship and reduce risk. She has successfully defended employers against EEOC charges and FMLA, Title VII and Title IX claims. As a member of the Labor Relations group, Chloe leverages her in-depth knowledge of the legal and regulatory landscape to advise on matters related to unfair labor practice charges, labor arbitrations and negotiating union contracts.
In law school, Chloe immediately gravitated to workplace law and quickly realized that she would make the practice of labor and employment law the focus of her career. Chloe understands that to be the best lawyer for clients, she needs to dedicate equal time to being a whole person outside of the office—whether that means going to the gym, spending time with her dogs or reading a fantasy novel.
