Chad Holler is an associate in the Indianapolis, Indiana, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He provides general advice and counsel on various aspects of the employer-employee relationship. Chad tailors his approach to the unique goals and needs of each client, with a focus on achieving effective and efficient resolutions for the employer.

Chad partners with clients to develop employment, consulting, and independent contractor agreements, as well as to implement policies and procedures compliant with federal and state laws. He advises clients on preventive litigation practices, best practices for avoiding workplace disputes and resolving employee relations issues.

When conflict cannot be avoided, Chad defends clients against lawsuits alleging violations of statutes including Title VII, the ADA, the FMLA, the FLSA, and the ADEA. His practice also encompasses defending employers in labor and employment law disputes in administrative proceedings. This includes matters alleging violations of OSHA and unemployment appeals. Regardless of the challenge, Chad is committed to defending and advocating for his clients’ interests.
