Caterina Catalano

Caterina Catalano is an associate in the White Plains, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Caterina has experience defending discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, misappropriation of confidential information, and related contract claims in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights and the New York City Commission on Human Rights. Caterina has also handled numerous appeals before the First and Second Department of New York, as well as the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

While attending law school, Caterina was a member of the St. John’s Law Review.
