Brittany C. Stradling
Brittany C. Stradling is an associate in the Indianapolis, Indiana, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.
Brittany has handled discrimination, retaliation, and employment contract claims in federal court and before administration agencies, including the Indiana Civil Rights Commission.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Brittany represented and counseled clients at a national law firm. During law school, Brittany was a legal intern at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where she drafted various court documents and conducted witness interviews. Additionally, she gained experience as a student attorney at the University of Michigan Veterans Legal Clinic. There, she represented clients in court proceedings acting as first chair. Brittany also led a group of 12 law students to Dilley, Texas to prepare children and women detained at the South Texas Family Residential Center for their credible fear interviews with asylum officers.
Prior to law school, Brittany served in the U.S. Air National Guard as a Security Forces Specialist. She deployed to Kuwait in 2018. Brittany’s experiences in the military gave her the skills to be an effective communicator and better attorney.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Brittany enjoys being present with her family and traveling internationally. As an undergraduate, Brittany spent a summer in Greece studying anthropology.
