Anahi A. Tapia
Anahi A. Tapia is an associate in the Long Island, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.
Anahi represents clients in employment litigation matters in state and federal court and before administrative agencies. She handles all types of employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation matters. She also defends clients in disability access matters involving architectural barriers, as well as website and mobile app accessibility.
During law school, Anahi was research editor and Chair of Diversity & Inclusion of the St. John’s Law Review. She also completed an internship with a Magistrate Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and an externship with an Associate Judge of the New York State Court of Appeals.
