Alexis De La Rosa Anchia is an Associate in the Miami Office. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Alexis worked at a boutique firm where she litigated a variety of different issues including discrimination disputes, wage and overtime disputes, medical leave disputes, and Florida Worker's Compensation cases. Alexis also served as an adjunct Legal Skills & Values III professor at Forida International University College of Law, where she earned her J.D. in 2022. 

While at FIU, Alexis earned a number of distinctions including a full Dean's Scholarship, CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in employment, employment discrimination, and legal skills and values III. She also served as the Intramural Vice President of the Board of Appellate Advocates.
