Alexander T. Marx is of counsel in the Riverside, California office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing businesses in employment litigation and advising them on a wide range of employment issues.

Alexander has litigated numerous single-plaintiff and mass and collective actions in state and federal courts, including class-actions and PAGA matters. His practice also includes litigation under the Fair Employment and Housing Act, Title VII, California Labor Code, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, California Family Rights Act, Family Medical Leave Act, and Cal-OSHA.
