Nicole M. Finn is an associate in the Albany, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing management in all areas of employment law, with a particular emphasis on counseling and litigation. Nicole strives to help businesses mitigate risk and avoid litigation so that they can focus their resources on providing the products and services they set out to offer. She also works to ensure that healthy employer-employee relationships are maintained that contribute to the fostering of a positive work environment and the overall success of any given company.
Nicole’s passion for employment law stems from her desire to assist clients in navigating what can be some of the most challenging aspects of running a business, both strategically and emotionally. Whatever the workplace issue, Nicole is prepared to team up with her clients and deliver the best possible outcome each and every time.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Nicole worked at a plaintiff-side employment litigation firm in Albany, where she routinely litigated issues involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, disability accommodation, and equal pay disputes. During law school, she interned in a wide variety of legal positions such as at the New York State Assembly Minority Counsel’s Office, Albany Law School’s Family Violence Litigation Clinic, the New York State Attorney General’s Office Litigation Bureau, the Albany County Family Court, and at a private defense-side civil litigation firm in Albany. Nicole’s diverse experiences make her well-suited to take on any matter your business may need professional services to overcome.
