Adam Schultz is an associate in the Miami, Florida, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.
Adam regularly assists companies as they navigate through employment-related claims in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies. Throughout his career, Adam has obtained favorable results in numerous employment cases, including wage and hour collective actions and a multitude of discrimination and retaliation claims. In addition, he has extensive appellate experience and has prevailed in over a dozen appeals in both state and federal appellate courts.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Adam worked at a mid-size commercial litigation firm defending businesses and individuals in employment law matters, as well as prosecuting and defending companies in complex contractual disputes and business tort cases. In that capacity, he has obtained multiple judgments on behalf of his clients, including a dismissal with prejudice pursuant to Florida’s anti-SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation) statute and a $2.2 million summary judgment in a commercial real estate dispute.
In addition to practicing law, Adam represents children who have been abused, abandoned or neglected as a pro bono Guardian Ad Litem through the Dade Legal Aid – Put Something Back program.
