Huy M. Tran is an associate in the Orange County, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Huy regularly represents both private and public clients in all areas of employment litigation. Huy focuses on various complex matters, including class action and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) claims, and also handles individual claims for discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, misclassification, and retaliation. He practices in federal and state courts throughout California, as well as various arbitral forums.
Huy also assists business owners and operators in achieving and maintaining compliance with California’s labor and employment laws.
