Kishaniah Dhamodaran
Kishaniah Dhamodaran is an associate in the Los Angeles, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in various aspects of employment litigation, including wage and hour individual and class actions, representative actions under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She also provides preventive advice and counseling on workplace law matters.
Growing up in Malaysia, completing law school in England and moving to the United States to complete her Master of Laws (LL.M.), Kishaniah has experience working in multicultural environments across Asia, Europe and North America. Her distinct background has equipped her with the ability to connect with people of diverse backgrounds and have a deep understanding of the issues impacting each client’s business.
Kishaniah also completed an externship with the Honorable Victoria Gerrard Chaney of the California Court of Appeal, Second District, Division One.
Before joining Jackson Lewis, Kishaniah was an associate for a national defense law firm and her practice focused on representing large international corporations, as well as small entities in wage and hour class actions, PAGA actions, and single/multi-plaintiff employment matters.
