
Brittney E. Willis
Brittney E. Willis is an associate in the Los Angeles, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in a wide array of workplace law matters, including wage and hour individual and class actions, representative actions under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. She represents employers in all types of employment-related litigation in state and federal courts and in arbitration.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Brittney worked at a boutique employment law firm in Oakland, California. There, she represented plaintiffs and served as second chair in a PAGA trial in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
During law school, Brittney served as vice president of the Black Law Student Association (BLSA), pro bono community outreach coordinator, and participated on the Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition Team regionally and nationally. She was also the teaching assistant for Secured Transactions and Appellate Advocacy.
