Jackson E. Biesecker is an associate in the Washington, D.C. Region office of Jackson Lewis P.C. As a member of the firm’s Privacy, Data, and Cybersecurity practice group, Jackson advises companies on a wide range of privacy and security issues, including compliance, incident response, regulatory investigations, and privacy litigation. Jackson is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) with the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

With over a decade of experience working in cybersecurity and technology management, Jackson helps companies respond effectively in the aftermath of a data breach, including defending clients in class action data breach litigation. Responding to an incident often requires coordination between technical and non-technical business units. Jackson facilitates communication by being able to translate complicated technical details into understandable terms. Jackson is also able to direct technical investigations according to identified business needs.

  • Implemented a data mapping and cookie compliance program for a global real estate company.
