Chase H. Hale is an associate in the Tampa, Florida, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He focuses his practice on employment litigation and advising employers on various workplace law issues.
Chase defends employers in actions involving employment discrimination and harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, wage and hour, leave law, and breach of contract claims before federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and arbitrators. In addition to litigation, Chase advises and counsels employers on labor and employment law compliance, including drafting employee policies and agreements.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Chase practiced at a national employment law firm in Tampa, where he exclusively represented employers in various workplace law matters.
Upon graduating from Stetson University College of Law, Chase received the National Order of Scribes Award in recognition of his legal writing. During law school, Chase served as a senior associate for the Stetson Law Review. He also competed as an advocate on Stetson’s Moot Court Board, and was awarded the Best Brief Award at the 2020 Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition for the South Region. Chase also served as a federal judicial intern for the Honorable James S. Moody Jr., the Honorable Christopher P. Tuite, the Honorable Amanda Arnold Sansone, and the Honorable Catherine Peek McEwen in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
