Jennifer Y. Davis

Jennifer Davis is an associate in the New York City, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice is focused on representing employers in all aspects of employment law, including employment litigation and counseling.

Jennifer’s employment litigation practice includes defending employers against single- and multi-plaintiff claims of discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract and wrongful termination actions. Her practice also includes preventative counseling on a broad range of employment issues, including discrimination issues, discipline, and the development and implementation of various personnel policies.

Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Jennifer was an assistant corporation counsel in the Labor and Employment Division of the New York City Law Department. At the Law Department, she represented the City of New York in its role as employer and handled a broad range of employment litigation matters on behalf of City agencies. In 2019, Jennifer was awarded the Legal Rookie of the Year, which is the City’s highest honor for a first-year attorney.
