Savada Michael Panosian

Savada Michael Panosian is an associate in the Los Angeles, California, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including pre-litigation claims and litigation, as well as advice and counseling.

Michael’s experience includes handling discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, and wage and hour issues in both states and federal courts, as well as before agencies such as, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, California Civil Rights Department, and California Department of Labor Standards Enforcement. He is proficient in all stages of litigation, from commencement to resolution, handling fact investigation, discovery and depositions, law and motion, oral argument, settlement negotiations, mediation and trial preparation.

Before joining Jackson Lewis, Michael was an associate for a national defense law firm representing large international corporations, and small entities in wage and hour class actions, PAGA actions, and single/multi-plaintiff employment matters.
