Elizabeth A. Evans

Beth Evans is an immigration attorney in the Omaha, Nebraska, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing companies in employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions. Beth represents local, regional, U.S. and multi-national companies. She has extensive experience with a wide array of nonimmigrant visa petitions, including L-1, H-1B, H-2A, O, TN, J-1 and E, as well as preparing employment-based permanent resident petitions. She routinely advises employers through mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures on maintaining the legal work authorization of its immigrant workforce. 

She is an active board member on her neighborhood association and a 2015 New Leaders Council Fellow.
