Kristi Rich Winters is the office litigation manager in the Albany, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice is focused on employment litigation and preventive counseling.
Kristi represents employers in numerous forums, including state and federal courts and administrative agencies. She also assists employers in preparing employee handbooks and policies and procedures.
Kristi is a recipient of the American Bar Association/Bureau of National Affairs Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor and Employment Law. She was publications editor of the Buffalo Law Review.
