About the Program
As workplaces increasingly transition to more in-office days per week, requests for work-from-home accommodations due to mental health reasons have been on the rise. This session will explore various scenarios that employers encounter and provide strategies to balance the needs of both employees and employers while ensuring legal compliance.
The program will conclude with a brief overview of Colorado-specific compliance reminders for employers including pay transparency obligations, job posting requirements and more.
