
Kevin E. Barnett is an associate in the Dallas, Texas, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. A proven litigator, Kevin understands how disruptive legal matters can be and strives to employ creative and efficient solutions to obtain positive results for his clients.
Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Kevin was an associate in the commercial litigation practice group of a regional, full-service law firm. His experience encompasses disputes across a broad range of industries on behalf of a diverse clientele ranging from entrepreneurs to publicly traded companies. Accordingly, Kevin is no stranger to adopting an approach tailored to meet his client’s unique needs while building partnerships of trust and confidence with his clients.
While in law school, Kevin was a Staff Member for The North Carolina Journal of International Law and a Coach & Team Member of the Broun National Trial Team. He also volunteered in several healthcare settings as an Emergency Medical Responder and Volunteer EMT; a Basic Life Support Instructor for the American Heart Association; and a Healthcare Navigator, offering free assistance to people exploring health coverage options enabled through the Affordable Care Act.
Kevin has previously served as a Board Member for the Young Lawyers Section of the Collin County Bar Association and is an active member of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and Dallas Bar Association.
Outside of the law, Kevin’s interests lie in college sports, film & television, horology, and dog training.
