Alexandra Campbell-Diehl
Alexandra Campbell-Diehl is an associate in the Boston, Massachusetts, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on litigation, labor and employment law, labor relations, and employment law counseling.
Alexandra advises a variety of businesses with a concentration in hospitality, higher education, and healthcare industries regarding traditional labor law issues, employer rights and obligations in the unionized workplace, and other applicable labor and employment laws. Alexandra has advised clients on union organizing campaigns, collective bargaining, and responses to labor law developments.
She also advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters, including litigation under state and federal anti-discrimination statutes. Alexandra has defended employers in attorney general investigations, litigation in state and federal courts, and has represented employers in administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
During law school, Alexandra was a law clerk for Jackson Lewis since January 2023. Alexandra was also a member of the Latin American Law Students Association. Additionally, she was a legal intern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Prior to law school, Alexandra was in a rotational Leadership Development Program at Corning Inc. and worked in labor relations at the Walt Disney Company.
