Connie's practice focuses on representing clients in a broad spectrum of employment-related litigation, frequently advocating for employers in state and federal courts as well as in arbitration. With experience in single plaintiff, class and representative actions, Connie navigates complex wage and hour, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims across the hospitality, retail, healthcare, manufacturing and transportation industries. Connie also has successfully defended employers before various agencies including the DLSE, EEOC and California Civil Rights Department. In addition to her litigation practice, she proactively advises employers on workplace matters, ensuring they are prepared to address and mitigate potential legal risks.
Connie is co-leader of Jackson Lewis’ Asian American Attorney Resource Group, a contributor to the firm’s mentorship program and a board member of the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles. She earned her J.D. from the Yeshiva University Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Eric represents employers in all types of employment litigation, with an emphasis on class, collective and PAGA actions under California and federal wage and hour laws. He has extensive experience litigating cases involving overtime, meal and rest breaks, off-the-clock work, misclassification of exempt status, failure to pay commissions, expense reimbursement, accurate wage statements and pre-employment background checks and frequently represents clients in the manufacturing, hospitality and retail and consumer goods industries. Eric also has an advice and counsel practice, advising employers on a diverse range of employment law topics and conducing workplace investigations.
In the past 24 months, Eric has secured significant victories in complex employment litigation. His strategic and creative approach has resulted in favorable court decisions and settlements for clients, including a prominent client defending against multiple class and PAGA actions involving over 20 alleged wage and hour violations. Eric is an active member of the firm’s California Class and PAGA Action, Class Actions and Complex Litigation and Wage and Hour practice groups, as well as the firm’s Hospitality and Manufacturing industry groups. He also regularly presents on class and PAGA issues, including the recent amendments to PAGA. Eric earned his J.D. from the Yeshiva University Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
