Rachel Coers is an associate in the Jacksonville, Florida, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Prior to joining the firm full-time, Rachel was a summer associate at Jackson Lewis. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counsleing, litigation advice, and various workplace law issues.

Rachel’s undergraduate and law school internships, including positions in each branch of the federal government, were formative in her decision to practice employment law. During law school, Rachel was a staff editor for the Florida Entertainment and Sports Law Review and received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award for earning the highest grade in Administrative Law.  Rachel also served as a federal judicial intern for the Honorable Steven D. Merryday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
