Adonica Plummer is an associate in the Atlanta, Georgia, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling.

Adonica Plummer is a trusted legal advisor to business owners, in-house counsel, and human resources professionals. Adonica’s goal is to help clients effectively manage employment-related risk while balancing business realities in an ever-changing legal landscape. Adonica regularly advises clients on workplace concerns, including leaves and accommodations, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, workplace safety, wrongful termination, investigations, Family and Medical Leave Act, and Americans with Disabilities Act.  

In addition, Adonica maintains an active litigation practice, routinely defending employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and workplace safety in both federal and state courts and administrative agencies.  

Her practice also focuses on internal workplace investigations regarding discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and ethical and policy violations. She also has experience in higher education investigations involving complaints of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation and violations of internal policies.

Adonica also conducts workplace trainings for managers, supervisors and employees on a wide variety of employment law issues.
