Benjamin M. Wilkinson

Benjamin Wilkinson is of counsel in the Albany, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice includes the representation of management and employers in all areas of workplace law, including issues concerning workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation; hiring and termination strategies; breach of contract; and wage-and-hour matters.  

Benjamin regularly defends employers in matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the New York State Division of Human Rights, and in state and federal courts throughout New York State. Benjamin also assists clients who are being investigated by the New York State and United States Departments of Labor. In addition to his litigation work, Benjamin provides clients with individualized advice and counsel regarding compliance with labor and employment laws and provides strategic advice to clients to avoid litigation.
