Justin T. Liberatore is an associate in the Baltimore, Maryland, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He represents employers in workplace law matters. Justin’s litigation experience includes defending employers in legal actions involving issues regarding employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, disability, and other areas of employment law.

Before Jackson Lewis, Justin gained experience at Thomas and Libowitz, P.A. in their civil litigation and employment litigation practice groups. While there, he primarily practiced commercial and civil litigation. He represented Fortune 500 companies to smaller, family-owned operations in a wide variety of industries, including financial services, media, and construction. Justin assisted clients in a series of restrictive covenants and related business tort litigations. Justin also represented sophisticated local media companies in employment and litigation matters.

While in law school, Justin was a staff and associate editor of the University of Baltimore Law Forum, a student attorney at the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic during his third year, as well as a member of the National Taxation Moot Court team, which competed at the University of Florida School of Law’s taxation moot court competition. Justin was also inducted as a member of the Royal Graham Shannonhouse III Honor Society for academic performance during his first year.
