John “Jack” M. McCall is an associate attorney in the Atlanta, Georgia, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He has a diverse legal background that gives him a unique perspective. Jack’s law practice focuses on counseling and representing clients in active civil litigation.

Jack has litigation experience in matters involving employment disputes, non-compete agreements, partnership and business disputes, fiduciary obligations, trusts, and torts. Jack has first and second chaired numerous trials and evidentiary hearings including second chairing a trial involving a dispute in excess of nine-figures. Jack also has experience in contract drafting and negotiation including in asset purchase agreements and stock agreements. Finally, Jack has experience in counseling business clients in interactions with government agencies.

Jack understands that his job is to resolve disputes in a cost-efficient manner while still providing effective and ethical representation. Jack hopes to bring relief to clients by providing prompt responses and accurate risk assessments so as to not impede business decisions.

Jack is active in his community, particularly in Atlanta running, dog, and visual arts groups.
